NOTE: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of injury, illness, or pregnancy, your membership will be extended.
ADULT SOCCER ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
One-year adult membership is $75.
- - Must present photo identification (Driver's license, Passport, Student ID, etc.).
- - Youth (16 years and above) must pay adult membership fee for participating in adult league play.

ADULT SOCCER SESSION MEMBERSHIP
One session only (8 weeks) membership is $45.
- - Must present photo identification (Driver's license, Passport, Student ID, etc.).

Adult flag football membership for one year is $15.
YOUTH SOCCER MEMBERSHIP (Under 18 years)
Youth membership is $20 for one year (beginning fall 2011).
- - Must present proof of age (birth certificate, passport, CYSA/AYSO/US Club card etc.).
- - Player must play in Youth League only.
YOUTH WAIVER - If you have not signed a waiver, we need every child to have a waiver signed in order to play. Thanks!
